1a) Fear of public embarrassment 1b) Fear of losing my mental faculties at some future point 1a is a more immediate and more common one to deal with, whereas 1b isn't one that worries me on a regular basis, but it's something that would seriously have me considering leaving the dirtball if I ever was staring down the barrel of it; I also fear losing it before I had the chance to make that rational decision (i.e., accident, fast-acting illness, etc.)
