Mine is tomorrow. I am not overly concerned about it, even though the outcome determines what kind of pay increase I get in a couple of months. Based on feedback I have received throughout the year (and other things), I expect this one to go pretty much like all the rest. Quick and easy. The hardest part is the self-review we have to do ahead of time. I hate doing that.
