My new shiney (this) supposedly has an 8 hour play time.
The longest the battery has lasted has been thirty-seven minutes.
Call VL, they say to call the place where I purchased it.
Go to the site where I bought it, & they say to come in to any local store.
Go to the local brick & mortar, explain the issue, & the "Customer Service" moron tells me I need to call the manufacturer.
Sorry, I've already done that, & they said to contact you.
Now I'm here, and since you're being a moron, I'd like a complete refund, thanks.
Instead, they "conveniently forget" to refund the fact that shipping cost an extra $20 on top of it all, and since that was the ONLY thing purchased at the time, the "purchase price" INCLUDES the shipping.
Not as far as they're concerned.
My bank balance shows they refunded *just* the cost of the shiney, not the shipping, which means I paid $20 to go full-circle.
