inherent in the fact of being human? That statement is part of my understanding of what it means to be a human being, and so it's "pre-evidential," if there is such a word. It follows from my definition of a human.

But that may be better treated as a separate question - or, alternatively, it could be that we could start a discussion now and fill it out later on.
