Had a similar thing happen but in the opposite direction. My tetras decided (not neons, don't remember name) that fins and pointy things on the bottom-feeder was tasty :-( He was the finest (and rather expansive) fish I had, looked almost like polished steel! The boss at the shop where we had bought them (at the same time) refused compensation. The girl behind the counter gave 50% on the new identical one anyway, she wished she could have given us it... Hmm, am thinking about getting a tank again. But I want one that fits my bookshelf very well. And a friends father that works with glass and have made a lot of custom-tanks is retiring... So perhaps I should think rather fast!
