Firefox claims to be using just under the preference-defined limit.

Disk cache device

Offline cache device

Number of entries: 0
Maximum storage size: 512000 KiB

and

Maximum storage size: 50000 KiB
Storage in use: 49996 KiB

But 'du -sh' (and the pretty, graphical "Disk Usage Analyser" in the Accessories menu) say otherwise. And 'df -h' agrees with them.
