on his actions and policies on TKT--as his work involves three things: TOHO likenesses in the form of his vinyl collection; the Fair Use Act involving parody and the useage of therein; and the general statement about his rights to own any artwork submitted to him as a gift. (He has a few commissioned pieces, but that's outside the scope of the gift-policy.) It did help that he married a law clerk; she's been very helpful about this sort of intellectual property tangles. (Which reminds me, I gotta respond to her about "discontinued" published work.)
