Without looking at other replies, or at wikipedia.

Copyright: The right of a content creator to keep his creation from being copied/spread/changed/claimed without his permission.

Trademark: A word/phrase/logo that belongs exclusively to one person/company. Other entities are not allowed to use it publicly.

Patent: Proof that a specific idea was conceived by a person/company and this person/company's right to keep other entities from using it without permission.

Some or all of these are not internationally binding, I believe. And there are loopholes in everything. Things like 'fair use' that allow someone to do stuff otherwise prohibited if there is no personal gain. Again, this is probably different in every country.
