Without looking it up, what do you think copyright by Illiad 2008-10-01 13:22:58
...is? What about trademarks? Patents? How do they relate and how are they applied? Please answer before looking it up. Don't be embarrassed. Odds are that you're in very good company. Some very smart people know diddly-squat about the subject, and most of those have what the think they know about it wrong.

This exercise is to show how little folks really know about Intellectual Property laws, their rights, and the rights of the holders. I see it almost every day, and it's a little shocking given how prevalent intellectual property is in a modern society.
