(heh: "Where's my mind" just came up on pandora, aka: I shoulda thought of this earlier...) I tried that first (right after I posted this) and it didn't work what worked was this: sum([chrg amt])+sum(adjustments) as 'Net Charges' for the truly messy, we have the "Net %": (abs(sum([paid]))/(sum([chrg amt])+sum(adjustments))) * 100
