And there is an museum for technical devices close by that has a huge aeronautical departement (with an original Concorde and even a Buran). They would go bonkers for an original craft of that kind.

Especially if it is still airworthy one could probably earn quite some money with it by providing aircruises. Imagine a 7-day-roudtrip of Europe in its luxurious ambience and with a great areal view on all the famous cities and landscapes. Fast as a train, yet smooth as a ship, incredible view from various altitudes and the possibillity to land for excurses on any cleared parking lot (where the trucks with an erected landing tower provide safe anchoring),
