I'm experiencing what I'm pretty sure are frequent, brief (like two to three seconds at a time) outages in my DSL connection. Several of my applications "hiccup" frequently, and I'm looking for software that will monitor my degree of DSL connectivity throughout the day and generate a nice graph or text-based report of what happens for, say, 24 hours. Any recommendations?
