posting rules only apply to the board, not to the overall webpage. (ex. the FHM webpage can not be directly linked to on the board, but they were an advertiser here for awhile and clicking on the ad would take you to their page.)

Open comments always need to be ID9K'ed on the board or they will be modded. (I've seen them mod Illiad)
