It takes character to admit when you need help, even on something in which you consider yourself an expert. It may be something you overlooked, or it may be something beyond your control. If the former, you'll simply slap your forehead and mutter a few imprecations. If the latter, you'll actually feel better that it wasn't your fault. Either way, don't lose sleep over it.
