Trouble is comming by oedlan 2008-10-01 00:32:36
CEO just terminated contract with our phone service supplier. We have had lots of trouble with everything from disconnected calls to non working phone software.

Now the phone company act unprofessional and refuse to "clean up" and provide their service until we find a new supplier. They even refuse to meet with opur CEO to do the paperwork (They are not "interested in working with terminated contracts".

Since I've been recently hired here as the IT guy I'm the one who have had the most contact with them but I'm in no way in charge of the operation, just a middle man but I guess I'll be the one who has to deal with the angry guys... CEO just called me inform me of this and she at least said that I'm to refer all questions to her.
