Can walking into a pole give you a concussion? by purplepineapple2008-09-15 17:04:57
  Blame it on sleep/flu. by Avium2008-09-15 17:13:42
    Just curious... by lucidpsyche2008-09-15 17:16:15
Might have been a mild concussion. by Avium 2008-09-15 17:21:43
In the case that I mentioned earlier, the head bump happened at ~7:00pm on a Sunday. I don't remember Saturday nor anything up to ~10:00am on Monday...except for humpback whales. When I managed to drive myself home, my father was watching "Star Trek 4". ;-)

While driving in to school on Monday, I asked my girlfriend the same question five times and pulled a U-turn to pick up someone I was supposed to give a ride to...who was already sitting in the back seat.

Usually, you will "lose" the time between the accident and when the swelling/bruising inside your head goes down enough for the normal brain function to restart. Could be a few minutes or a few hours.
