How about ones that when an object is sent nextday	by confused.brit	2008-09-15 13:29:46
by 5, at 4:55pm realise they arent going to make it, and report it as 'Refused' rather then just deliver it a little late and apologise? I dont mind so much about the deadline, but if im expecting it that day I want it THAT DAY, y'know? Luckily, i saw that on the online tracking and rang the depot to demand they delivered the parcel today as they were paid for. And somebody's birthday was not ruined as a result.
