Lately I've been experimenting in the way of Tacos. My wife and I actually made some with ground turkey the other night. She makes her own taco seasoning, so we did a tbsp or so of that, 1lb or so of ground turkey and did that in a skillet. Meat comes out, beans go in to warm, and serve it all on burrito shells(bought, not made. I don't have that mojo) with lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, salsa and some good sharp cheddar cheese. So, so good.
