In many places, they sell really "fresh" strawberries. But sometimes they've been in refridgerators. And that makes them lose a LOT. Esp in the mouth, but the nose-flavour is lessened as well.
OK, in all sorts of mixtures, a tiny bit of sugar helps, three drops of lemon juice helps as well. But nothing beats strawberries that have been picked today (or yesterday), and who haven't been "chilled".
In youghourt : yes, some firms sell "skimmed yoghourt", to sell something non-fat. And to regain a tiny bit of flavour, they put sweet stuff in t, with or without fruit (or fruit-like things).
The best youghourt, though, is from "fat" milk (non skimmed), and is best served with a tiny bit of *salt*, not sugar. Oh, and fresh-cut chives, radish etc of course. |
