PHP/SQL question. by dodrian2008-09-15 06:50:08
This is a very stupid question: by EnzoMatrix 2008-09-15 07:13:53
But one from experience:
The error "$link = mysql_connect($_mysqlHost, $_mysqlUser, $_mysqlPass); " leads me to think that the connect function doesn't receive a password at all..

keep in mind that PHP is case sensitive and that a typo is easily made.

Check if your definition of the password matches the definition "$_mysqlPass" in the call. Also check for silly errors like a forgotten '$' or something like that.

Assuming you're talking about a webserver provider, I don't think there are any issues with the configuration of the server(s)...
