Well, in a way. . .

I am one week healed from my disc replacement surgery! I had two very degenerated discs replaced in my lower back so that I could get my life back. It will be a long slow recovery process, but I am amazed at how much better I feel already.

This means I will be recuperating at home for the next 5-6 weeks, so I need you all to be particularly entertaining. :) Also, be extra nice to my nurse, romandas. Being woken up at 3am to help your wife get around won't be fun, but I know he'll do it with love.
