And they won. They won so much that people who weren't even playing the game lost. Yeah. That's like not playing poker, and losing $5000 at it.
Because added security is all terrorist-win. And it is highly profitable for governments around the world to lose in such a way to terrorists. They are even importing some, to have some to lose for, to be able to build a security industry. A highly erosive, non-productive entity.
