though, that can be largely the same thing.
Considering how long they've had it, if they haven't already mapped out what needs to go where, in order to get access to the oil, then they really ARE just collecting land with no intent to use it at all.
I don't have much issue with them getting more of what they *need* to do their work, but getting more "just because" is a waste of my tax payer money, AND of my income money, and it should be strongly discouraged.
