ANWR in AK, Off-shore in FL, oil-shale in the Rocky Mountains...

There is a lot of oil out there. Will drilling help us in the short-term? In the long-term? Please defend your answer (Yea, Nay, Not Sure) as best you can, with whatever links and information you have available.

I will post my answer later. I have an opinion, but am not yet ready to post links, beings as how I am at work.
