...over at tldp are great reference material. Should get you up to speed on scripting. No ready-to-adapt script though, sorry. But yeah, it's probably a one-liner with wget, something to the effect of: wget ftp://[user:pwd[at]]site/sub/dir/file /localpath (where local path is the path to the mountpoint for the windows share) Throw that into your crontab and you're good to go.
