Illiad even stated this somewhere on this site, might be in the FAQ.

That's entitlement. There is no fee, there is no barred entry. It's public and it's coming from an official source. If it is coming from an official source, and it is free to view/listen/read, that is entitlement. There may be other 'expectations' but if there are no other requirements, it's entitlement.

If it comes from an official source and there is a pay feature, or there is a contractual requirement, unless you pay, or fulfill the requirements you are not entitled.
