I spent some time with a weakened immune system at an international airport.
I got some of the benefits of international trade.
Now my head is stopped up, so much pressure there, i got a low grade fever, and breathing sucks for me.

Upon checking my inventory I find a buffered analgesic
No Tea
A pounding headache.
