The major issue with it was raised by Chad, who is taller than I am and has monkey arms... and he couldn't reach the centre with the desks *up*. It's too big.
So yeah, I'll stick with my utility table and a big whiteboard for now. If I can get enough space for a pool table, I'm getting a cover and Chessex are getting paid for a battlemat (so I can have a hexmap; I prefer hexes to squares for a lot of things, especially if I'm running mass combat, but hexmaps are a pain to draw), but the Sultan is just... not appealing to me. I prefer things that can pull off more than one trick. |
