Microsoft Word layout question by merlin 2008-08-27 10:44:59
Okay, I'd like opinions.

We're putting a lyrics sheet together for the songs we're performing this Sunday. The sheet has lyrics in English & Spanish.

The person that did it used a 2-column layout, which works fairly well. The one major issue that I have with it is that the paragraphs/blocks/verses in each column don't quite line up nicely, so they start to get off, which makes it difficult to follow (kind of like that wonderful run-on sentence I just wrote).

So, how would you recommend setting the layout to get 2 columns, but where the paras line up nice and neat?

I'm think the best way to do this would actually be with a table. . . .
