Firstly, I must admit I didn't look at the TLP at all until now. As commented in my moderation reply, I was at work, and simply responding to the mods call as best I could. (Now I am home, I have verified that the first URL given is indeed very Non-FYOS and needed moderating for the reason given by vdp here.)
The TLP doesn't need moderating, because it is essentially a link to an image, and the image itself has nothing offensive. It simply provides in text form the url. Our one-click rule means it is not necessary to moderate.
It's all a bit nit-picky, but thems the rules ;)
