Both have on-board gfx, network and sound.
IIRC the ASUS had DVI out as well.
If the onboard gfx don't suffice, you can always add an extra card
later. It was the result of what I told the guy what I wanted to
have. An allday workhorse for running through at home. Powerful
yet cost effective CPU, decent graphics that don't have to be on
the powergamer performance level, quiet cooling and a decent case.
And all for a really tight budget.
He ended up about 50-100 EUR more than some of the cheapest offers
I have seen, but then he listed me quality components for a good
price, not the cheap-as-you-can junk.
(He showed me the case - very well designed as I see it. Lots of
internal drive bays, no sharp edges, etc.)
