Begin countdown until this date - it's the day I start as the Northside Community Service IT Manager (handover period, at least). Base salary is roughly $2K less than where I am, but I get to manage the works. On top of that, the benefits are awesome. I'll be halving my commute distance, learning Windows server management, get to work shorter hours (and from home if need be).
