I've got the prereq's up (LAMP stack, static IP, DNS, etc.) . . .

How is the magic done here at UF? I don't need to know about how you came to be so lucky as to have this bunch for a following (UFies are a strange breed, aren't we?). I don't want to know where you got your '1337 cartooning skills ('cuz a look back at the history of UF will kinda give it away).

No, I want to know what's under the hood. I suspect MySQL with a Perl frontend not too different from RequestTracker. For bonus points, where does your competition look for something nice 'n' GPL'ed to do something like what you (collectively) have done here.

Remember back a few weeks ago, you offered basically to ban anyone (else) who knowingly chose to cross you? I asked for a rain check that day. Well - I'm back to annoy you now. How do I become your competition? ;^D
