Wheeler Airport, which is downtown KCMO (and which I can see from my building at work). It's more of a business airport, though, small and not really commercial. As are the Johnson County Executive Airport (which is right on the border between the suburbs of Olathe and Overland Park), and the New Century Airport, which is more of an industrial airport and is located right outside my burb of Gardner. If you're coming in on a commercial flight, MCI (KC Int'l) is your only real bet. If you're on a rubber band engine flight, you could probably check into landing at one of the smaller ones...although I'm not sure how you'd go about getting a flight booked for them.
