have a good cry. If your daughters catch you at it, just tell them, that sometimes, when you have a lot of things happen in your life, you need a good cry. I know you're trying to be strong, and to teach them the same, but they should know that sometimes, it's okay to have a few minutes of NOT being so strong. You never know, they might be needing a good cry too, and you can get it out of the way together.
