I need some alone time by Rogue1971 2008-08-26 09:02:08
Surounded by co-workers at work, my kids at home, I wish I could have some time to myself.

I'm thinking a lot about certain things and I wish I could just cry it out without anybody getting worried about wether I'm OK or not. I'm OK, I just need to exteriorise certain things. I just want to have a good sob and get it over with.

Instead, all I can do is think about it and bottle it up, write about it in a blog nobody reads and complain about it here.

Here is what I wrote in my myspace blog yesterday:

"I look into the future I see my girls growing up, I see myself moving out of my friend’s basement and getting my own place, I see myself traveling and seeing the world as I wish. But through all of this I see myself alone.

I cannot imagine anyone who will be all I want AND accept everything I am. I’m not saying there is no one out there that can love me for me and accept my girls and all but I’m not expecting that someone to also be everything I wish him to be. A person like that only comes once in a lifetime. I had him and I let him go. I regret a little less doing so, I have accepted the fact that circumstances where making the relationship practically impossible anyway, but I still can’t shake the loneliness I have been feeling ever since

Every time one of my girls hugs me or tells me they love me I can’t help feeling as though they are the only ones who ever will, I don’t know what I’d do without them."
