11a has plenty range for us, and clients don't move from where we put them.

We know copper is best, but it's the time involved that makes us want to use wireless. If we can find a way that makes it quick to set up and knock down a cable setup then I'd go for it, but we often have little idea of the room layout and how long cables need to be or what the routing is like.

Believe me, when you have to move a ten-machine network to a new location on a weekly basis you learn to appreciate WLAN :-)
