CPU; If it's a Socket 940/939/754 you won't be able to upgrade it (don't recall if any single core CPUs were available in AM2 packages). RAM; DDR or DDR2? If it's DDR you're again going to have upgrade issues (well, it'll cost you about 5 times more than DDR2). Motherboard; Is it a micro ATX, mini ATX or a full ATX motherboard?
