Let's see.
1. Already did that.
2. Did that, too.
3. I googled a bit. Seems to be normal with the boxed fan. (That was REALLY bad. After switching, it got acceptable.)
4. I guess I'll skip that one.
5. Uh, do you mean the GHZ? It's on 3 GHZ, that's normal.
6. I had a kinda similar CPU before that one, it wasn't really cool either. Just didn't overheat.
7. I'd rather not change anything, I already fried my old main board when I swapped them. (No, I don't need safety tips. A friend helped me, I guess it's his fault.)
8. I guess I won't give up, as I have a working alternative :P

Say, what kind of noise are we talking about?
