Okay so I finally decided to get a dial plan for my cell phone current waiting time to make a PURCHASE is 25 minutes! 82 in line.. same last night.. hire more people for gods sake! Sure I'll use the internet then.. BUT they have a SEVEN day waiting time on the internet to even start PROCESSING my application..(2 hours if you call) gawd.. If they were not the only operator that worked around here I'd never use them... ARGH! Not to mention that they say "remember you can always use the internet to make your purchase.." ehm? </rant>
