Web site creation software by waveydavey 2008-08-26 01:53:35
Being a developer, I'm not that familiar with 'user-friendly' website creation software. I have a contact who wants to create a reasonably good-looking site, and needs some really good (and preferably free) web site design software. (Platform is Windoze). User is computer-literate (can use mouse!) but not technical at all.
Any suggestions?
