do you have a dedicated training room, if so, can't you just get the company to spring for cabling the room up properly (excessive wall ports around the room with a reasonable switch?) leave cables plugged into either the machines or the sockets and you're connected in any configuration in no time at all! If reliability's critical.. I'd actually probably go for the copper option, over these pesky new fangled wireless-me-jiggies.
