in the back or if they do its the same kind as are found on mens dress pants. No patch pockets of the type found on jeans. Dressier shoes. No tennis shoes, hiking boots etc. Nothing made of denim or other rough textured materials. Too blue collar looking. Button down shirts are good or a similar style made of softer materials. Make up wise some basic foundation and a little bit of blush goes a long way. I almost NEVER wear makeup to a job interview. Eye makeup makes my eyes all watery so I don't bother. I don't think its ever kept me from getting a job. If you go to a second hand shop or consignment store sometime the help will assist you if you tell them you need something for a more upscale job then you've had before. They should understand that you're looking for something 'dressier' and hopefully will help you pick out some good choices. Good luck!
