rating should make is that the battery should last longer while being used. I replaced my panasonic cordless phones battery with a 1200mAh one and I can get about 30 more minutes talk time out of it :)

The guys at Best B-ripoff tried to tell me that I should buy a new phone as the batteries for mine were not made anymore, and if I put the higher rated ones in...I would fry it... o.O Sorry, didn't fall off the turnip truck on my head yeaterday...thanks!
