Now imagine that not only are you the "relay" guy, but you don't work for the "manager", but for the company the "manager" hired to set up their system. Now imagine the the "manager" decides that since he's already paying for a service contract with your company that he's not going to pay for my time on the bleeping phone with you! Now imagine that this is a car dealership for one of the big three and the "manger" is the "controller". Fixed his leetle red wagon in the long run. Wanted me to re-do some work I did originally (that they then had me un-do) a couple of months later. I laughed at him.
