*allied* forces stayed after they were asked to leave byt the new government THEN they would not be doing what they said they would. Now, if the *allied* forces stay at the request of the Iraqui government, that is a whole different story.

It is part of showing that the Iraqui Govt is its OWN government and makes it's own decisions. Right now...if they asked the *allied* forces to leave, I think they would, but with an admonition that they thought it was a bad Idea....
