allied forces stayed after they were asked to leave byt the new government THEN they would not be doing what they said they would. Now, if the allied forces stay at the request of the Iraqui government, that is a whole different story. It is part of showing that the Iraqui Govt is its OWN government and makes it's own decisions. Right now...if they asked the allied forces to leave, I think they would, but with an admonition that they thought it was a bad Idea....
