I love answering the question of "I need to talk	by Classic_Jon	2008-08-22 15:02:25
to a manager" and I tell them I AM the manager. >:-> That normally gets a few moments of silence followed by "I wnat to talk to YOUR manager." and I tell them that there is ANOTHER manager in the Payments department but that he will not be able to assit them in Technical matters but that they are more than welcome to talk to him...and I transfer them to him (with an ahead of time warning of course!!) He talks to them for a bit...and then tells them they will need to talk to the Technical manager....and transfers them back... to ME >:-> (insert evil laugh here!)
