certified for FMJ when I asked but I do not know if it was done by the NRA. On the .308 v .243 and the metal plate...I find it funny how hard it is to explain to people that just because a bullet is larger does not necessarily mean it can punch through steel better... :) on top of that...telling people that FMJ is not necessarily the same as AP....
