The insurance company has 1 type of policy that's used for ALL range types, indoor and outdoor. In order to keep the policy valid, the range must abide by the policy rules...one of which is "No military FMJ ammo on the rifle range". Also, behind the range property is land belonging to a Denton County constable. It's where he lives. If someone on the range fires FMJ ammo, it can potentially skip off the berm and fly into the man's house.
