He's one of those immigrants that Parizeau blamed for Quebec's failure in its attempt to separate from Canada. His major advantage is his being a very competent council rep. Did you go nuts? I honestly hadn't noticed. Hot button or not, I thought your response was within the norm for learning about institutionalized racism.
